This yoga practice is suitable for all levels.
With individual support, adjustment/alignment of your asana practice. Flowing sequences of asanas will energize your body, release tension and activate the whole system to wake up and start your weekend in a positive way.

• EN • We must revolutionize the rules of society that have us believe self care is selfish. In your practice creating more room for yourself and stay whole, healthy and happy.

• DE • Wir müssen die Regeln der Gesellschaft revolutionieren, die uns glauben lassen, Selbstliebe sei egoistisch. Deshalb schaffen wir Raum für dich, wo du ganz du selbst sein kannst, gesund und glücklich. Diese Yogaklasse ist für alle Level geeignet. Du wirst individuell bei der Ausrichtung deiner Asanas unterstützt.

Fließende Sequenzen der Asanas werden deinen Körper kräftigen, deine Anspannung lösen und dein ganzes System aktivieren, damit du wach wirst und dein Wochenende auf positive Art und Weise beginnen kannst.
